Ansell Grimm & Aaron Client Sues NJ Cannabis Dispensary Harmony Partners Over Ouster and Age Discrimination

Leslie Hoffman, the former communications director of New Jersey cannabis dispensary Harmony, has filed suit against her former business partners, Shaya Brodchandel and Yehuda Meer. Hoffman is seeking a fair market buyout and purchase of her interest in the partnership, an accounting of Harmony’s books, an injunction barring her former partners from expelling her, and damages.

New Jersey cannabis law attorney Josh Bauchner of Ansell Grimm & Aaron represents Hoffman. He told NJ Cannabis Insider that his client has decades of experience in the cannabis space and contributed extensively to Harmony’s success. Bauchner said, “She is seeking nothing more than her rightful interest in the operation.”
