Andreas D. Milliaressis is an associate with the Firm. His practice is concentrated in the areas of bankruptcy law, creditors’ rights and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Milliaressis clerked for the Honorable Judge Michael B. Kaplan, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of New Jersey. His previous experience was in claims for a New York based insurance company.
Mr. Milliaressis graduated from Rutgers Law in 2015 after completing the 6-year BA/JD program. He was a recipient of the Dean’s Academic Excellence Scholarship and a member of the Bankruptcy Pro Bono Project. While in law school, Mr. Milliaressis interned for Magistrate Judge Tonianne J. Bongiovanni, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and Judge Deborah Silverman Katz, Camden County Superior Court, Civil Division. He holds a B.A., cum laude, in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Rutgers University Honors College, where his achievements included election to Phi Beta Kappa and induction to Athenaeum Honor Society.
