Brian E. Ansell

Brian E. Ansell is a partner with the Firm and is AV Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell®.  Mr. Ansell specializes in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal defense, municipal court, DWI defense, and chancery litigation, including will contests and estate related litigation.  Mr. Ansell also handles all types of general civil and criminal litigation.

Mr. Ansell received his Bachelor’s Degree from George Washington University in 1986 with Distinction and Special Honors in Political Science. Mr. Ansell graduated from the Dickinson School of Law in 1989, cum laude, where he was a member of The Dickinson Law Review, Appellate Moot Court Board and National Moot Court Trial Team.

Mr. Ansell is a former law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence M. Lawson (Monmouth County Assignment Judge) and is also a former Municipal Prosecutor for the Borough of Englishtown.  Mr. Ansell is an active member of the Monmouth County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the American and New Jersey Associations for Justice.  He is Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney demonstrating his level of experience, education and skill in civil trial practice.
