David B. Zolotorofe is a partner with the Firm and the resident Managing Partner of the Woodland Park office. Mr. Zolotorofe focuses his practice on multi-faceted commercial real estate development, including acquisition, land use and zoning, financing, leasing and divestment. In addition to his extensive experience in complex commercial litigation involving real property and brokerage law, he also has an established practice representing and advising developers, REITs, banks and lending institutions.
Mr. Zolotorofe received his B.S. in Business and Marketing from the University of Hartford and his J.D. from Pace University School of Law. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Zolotorofe was the Managing Partner of the law firm of Goldman Zolotorofe & Corcoran, P.C.
He is a member of the Passaic County and New Jersey State Bar Associations and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Zolotorofe has served as the President of the Northern New Jersey and Rockland County Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and is an active supporter of The DZ Foundation.
