Stacey Patterson to Present at Community Association Institute Educational Seminar

Details: Ansell Grimm & Aaron attorney Stacey R. Patterson will present at the Follow the Water Educational Seminar hosted by the Hudson Valley Chapter of the Community Associations Institute. The institute is an international membership organization dedicated to building better communities by providing information, education and resources to those who govern communities and the professionals who support them.

Patterson will bring her experience to the legal discussion on multiple units, insurance disputes and construction. She limits her practice to the representation of cooperatives, condominiums and homeowners associations in New York and New Jersey, providing a full range of legal advice and services.

This educational seminar will cover construction, engineering, insurance, and legal aspects related to common water issues and repairs. Patterson joins co-presenters Todd Vignola of Add Ventures Inc., David Chesky of Falcon Engineering, and Gregg Gerelli of Gerelli Insurance.

Managers will receive 2 CEU credits for attending the seminar.
