Kelly M. Carey, Esq. is Of Counsel with the Firm. Her practice is devoted to land use matters and municipal law. Ms. Carey has more than 20 years of experience in land use matters including past representation of land use boards across the state including; South Orange Planning and Zoning Boards, Old Bridge Planning Board, Parsippany – Troy Hills Planning Board, Clark Planning Board, and Middlesex Borough Planning Board.
She has experience in all aspects of redevelopment Law, PILOT programs and affordable housing compliance.
Before joining Ansell Grimm & Aaron, Carey practiced at DiFrancesco, Bateman, Kunzman, Davis, Lehrer & Flaum, P.C in New Jersey. Carey received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Scranton and her law degree from Dickinson School of Law.
