Leigh T. Oliver

Leigh T. Oliver focuses her practice on matrimonial and family law.  She received her B.A. from Rutgers University – New Brunswick and J.D. from Rutgers Law School.

While in law school, Ms. Oliver served as the Senior Articles Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter and was a member of the Courtroom Advocate’s Project where she successfully obtained temporary restraining orders for victims of domestic violence in Bronx Family Court.  Ms. Oliver also served as a student attorney in the Immigrant Rights Clinic and as a legal intern with the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender.

After graduating law school, Ms. Oliver served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Haekyoung Suh, P.J.F.P. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part.  During her clerkship, Ms. Oliver gained invaluable experience in all aspects of family and juvenile matters.
