Community Association Law Attorney

Ansell Grimm & Aaron, PC is seeking an associate attorney, with either a successful judicial clerkship or two (2) to four (4) years of experience, to work in the firm’s Community Association Law practice group.   Must be admitted in New Jersey.  In addition, admission in the Pennsylvania and/or New York bars would be helpful, but is not essential.  Prior experience representing condominiums, cooperatives, and/or homeowners associations is not required. Land Use Attorney

Ansell Grimm & Aaron, PC is seeking a 2-5 year land use associate attorney to work in its Ocean Township, New Jersey office. Candidate must be admitted in New Jersey, with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Municipal Land Use Law and experience presenting applications to planning and zoning boards. Ideal applicant MUST have at least  3-7 years of experience as a corporate attorney and have familiarity with: formation of business organizations; corporate governance matters; venture capital and bank financing; executive compensation; stock or cash-based employee incentive plans; licensing agreements; distribution agreements; succession in closely held or family business; management and leveraged buy-outs; and compliance with disclosure obligations under the federal and state securities laws. Legal Assistant

Ansell Grimm & Aaron, PC is seeking an energetic and motivated legal assistant with experience and knowledge in residential real estate, estate, and probate issues; preparation of wills and trusts; and estate administration. Computer knowledge is a MUST. Candidate should have superior organizational, computer, and communication skills. Experience entering attorney time into computer billing system is a plus.
