AGA Attorney to discuss Foreclosures on 920 AM The Voice

Pam Mulligan, attorney in Ansell Grimm & Aaron’s Princeton office, will be the featured guest on 920AM, The Voice on Sunday, Nov. 1.  Ms. Mulligan will discuss  New Jersey foreclosures including a look at recent statistics, review of the New Jersey foreclosure process, the difference between commercial and residential foreclosures and avenues that banks may take other than foreclosure.

Pamela A. Mulligan, Esquire was recently appointed to the Executive Committee of the Syracuse University Alumni Association (“SUAA”) Board of Directors as Philanthropy Chair.  The SUAA serves the Syracuse University (the “University”) global community.  The Board of Directors of the SUAA guides the association in establishing priorities for alumni relations consistent with University goals. The SUAA Board of Directors serves a mission-critical role by providing strategic direction, resources, and professional expertise to carry out the University’s advancement objectives. Ms. Mulligan was formerly President of the local Syracuse University Central New Jersey Alumni Club for seven years and served as a general member of the SUAA Board of Directors for one year prior to her appointment to the Executive Committee. Ms. Mulligan is currently an Alumni Admissions Representative for the University and serves on the local board of the Central New Jersey Alumni Club as Immediate Past President.

Builders’ League learns about foreclosure process

On October 8, 2015, Pam Mulligan presented to a group of builders from the Builders League of South Jersey on the process of foreclosure as it relates to the building industry stressing local issues that Ms. Mulligan has encountered. With New Jersey set as the state with highest rates of foreclosures in the country, the builders in attendance were particularly interested into how to buy REO (“Real Estate Owned”) and properties that are facing foreclosure or in foreclosure. Ms. Mulligan has spent the majority of her legal career assisting creditors and debtors navigate the New Jersey foreclosure process.
