Once a contract is drafted and executed, along with our outstanding team of title companies, environmental consultants and law affiliates, the Firm guides our clients through the due diligence phase of the contract.

At the conclusion of the due diligence period, if our clients elect to proceed with the transaction, the Firm will negotiate and draft contracts with architects, engineers and contractors. Through our Zoning and Land Use Department, we will help secure all necessary zoning permits and approvals, and our Corporate, Finance and Banking Department will assist with the placement of construction and/or permanent financing.

Upon completion of the development, the Firm will ensure the proper release of all construction and performance bonds, establish maintenance bonds, negotiate and draft leases and facilitate the successful conclusion and stabilization of the project.
