Limited registration remains open for Cannabis Symposium

Thanks to overwhelming response, the NJ Cannabis Symposium has moved to larger space in the Victoria Theater at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, located at 1 Center Street, Newark, NJ.

Only 25 seats remain before the event is SOLD OUT.

As recently noted in the Star Ledger and on nj.com, the dynamic landscape for the legal cannabis industry in New Jersey is presenting significant opportunities for new businesses. New Governor Phil Murphy has voiced support for legalization and bills already have been proposed in the legislature to establish a framework for adult-use recreational cultivation, manufacturing, and sales.

As Ansell Grimm & Aaron partner, Joshua S. Bauchner, recently explained in an article in the Star Ledger:  “We see this event as a way to detail the required (and) recommended resources for applicants, and at the same time help ancillary companies to understand the process and needs of applicants, and how they can position themselves to serve the market effectively.”
